Last week I told you that sleeping was important for back pain…

But, most people who have back pain, wake up a lot due to the pain.  

So what can you do?

I created a video for you so that you can learn exactly what you need to do.

Here are some additional tips:

1. Try to get MORE sleep in general

2. Do some mild and light exercises before bed

3. Find postures and positions that feel good.

4. Use extra pillows & props to support

5. A firm bed works best

While these are just some of the tips you need to sleep better, the truth is that you MUST learn how to fix your back pain!  You need to change your movement patterns, get stronger and more mobile, and figure out a long-term solution!

Sleeping is important but if you don’t do the stuff that will help long term… well, it’s going to be a longer journey than you would like.
