Nobody wants to be in pain!
But… If you are in pain, or the pain keeps coming back then you MUST follow some very steps!
The problem is that people mostly do not know EXACTLY what they should be doing!
This creates confusion, and when that happens, the whole plan breaks down and we often repeat things that are not good for us.
For example, for back pain, we start doing some new exercise that we think is good for us, but it just causes us more pain. So we abandon good and bad things!
And… Most of the time, this exercise or stretch is hurting you more than you even know!
